A TRAINING DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS
PART 1 - PRACTICES OF TRANSFORMATION
100 HOURS TO GROW IN YOUR SADHANA
Part 1 is an exploration of the technology of transformation that is yoga.
Susana offers her extensive training in various alignment techniques and her love for Yoga Philosophy, specially for the Tantric tradition, and her dedication to her meditation practice and to other subtle practices that allow us for the exploration of our lights and shadows.
Hour distribution is approximately:
- Yoga Philosophy: 30%
- Asana, alignment, biomechanics, anatomy 50%
- Pranayama, meditation, contemplation, mantra, mudra, subtle energy practices 20%
PART 2 - THE ART OF TEACHING
100 HOURS TO LEARN THE TEACHING METHOD
In the second part of the TT you will start to take the seat of the teacher.
You will receive innumerable resources to create inspiring classes and to teach them in the most effective ways.
This training is a journey that will take you to a new level, not only as a teacher of yoga but as a human being.
You will learn lots! And the best is that you will have a lot of fun.
